3Age Verification & KYC Process

KYC verification typically requires a copy of your national ID, passport, or driving license. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

4Deposit & Payment Policy

Deposits can be made via mobile banking, bank transfer, e-wallet, or cryptocurrency. The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500.

Act444 does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges — act444 is not responsible for those. All deposits are generally credited instantly or within a few minutes.

5Withdrawal Terms & Conditions

KYC must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500. Mobile banking withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes; bank transfers within 24 hours.

Winnings from a bonus balance must meet the wagering requirements before withdrawal. Full wagering details are specified in the relevant bonus offer.

• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the original deposit (in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations).

7Prohibited Activities & Fraud

• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds

8Account Closure & Suspension

Act444 may close or suspend an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons: breach of terms, providing false information, fraud, or suspicious activity.

Users may close their account at any time by contacting the support team. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.

• Logging in from the associated device is prohibited after an account has been closed.
• Banned account holders are not permitted to open a new account.
• Any valid balance (excluding bonuses) is generally refunded.
